How it works
From content to revenue
in ten minutes.
Bring your content.
Paste your YouTube @handle or upload your book, course, or transcripts. Transcripts pull automatically — no editing required.
Chat with OSQR.
Answer four questions about who your audience is and what transformation you offer. OSQR drafts the AI's identity, methodology, and behavioral prompt. You approve, refine, publish.
Sell on the marketplace.
Your AI gets a shareable link. Your audience pays once or subscribes. Stripe deposits 80% directly to your bank. We take 20% — only when you earn.
What you could make
Run the numbers on your audience.
Move the sliders. The math is based on real industry conversion benchmarks — not made-up numbers. Subscription model is highlighted because it compounds; one-time is a single launch.
Source: ConvertKit, Kajabi, Gumroad, HubSpot benchmarks for digital product launches to engaged audiences.
Subscription compounds — same buyer pays every month they stay subscribed. We model 60% Year 1 retention, then natural decay (industry-standard SaaS retention curve).
Numbers are estimates based on industry conversion benchmarks. Actual results depend on audience fit, launch quality, plugin quality, and pricing. We show realistic mid-band assumptions — your numbers may be higher or lower.
Why this beats AI-coach SaaS
A marketplace, not a rent bill.
Who this is for
You don't have to call yourself a coach.
The marketplace works for anyone with expertise and an audience who already pays for it.
The creator with a content library.
YouTube, podcast, newsletter archive. Already monetizing. Wants a SKU between "free content" and "1:1 coaching" without doing more 1:1.
The author with backlist.
Wrote the book. Gets DMs every day. Has no rung between a $20 paperback and a $25K consult.
The retired operator.
Decades of expertise. Done with Zoom calls. Wants passive income from teaching what they already know.
The technical expert.
Tax strategist, patent attorney, niche consultant. Narrow audience, deep IP, zero desire to scale by coaching.

The honest answers.
Does my audience need to pay OSQR a subscription?
+
Yes — Starter tier or higher to use plugins. The AI behind your plugin is real reasoning, not a free-tier model. Without that level, the AI you built won't sound like you. Free tier can browse the marketplace and preview, but real conversations live behind Starter.
Do I have to pay for OSQR myself to be a creator?
+
No. While the marketplace grows, creator accounts are granted by request and completely free — and approved founding creators keep the free deal for life. Later creators will get the standard deal: a free Pro account while their plugin is actively selling (3+ new paid users in a trailing 30-day window, with a 14-day grace period after a slow month), paid otherwise.
What if I don't have an audience yet?
+
Then this isn't for you yet. The marketplace works when you already have people who want what you teach. Build the audience first — then come back and turn it into a recurring product.
How much can I make?
+
Depends on your audience size, engagement, and price. Use the calculator above — it runs the math from real industry conversion benchmarks (ConvertKit, Kajabi, Gumroad, HubSpot). Realistic mid-band for an engaged 25k-follower audience: $25-100k from a launch at $40/mo subscription. Strong launches clear $150k+ in Year 1. The subscription compounds; one-time pricing stops at the launch.
Subscription or one-time pricing — which should I pick?
+
Subscription, in almost every case where your value is ongoing (coaching, accountability, methodology you keep refining). With 60% Year 1 retention, subscription beats one-time around month 7 and compounds 3-5x by Year 3. Use one-time only when your plugin solves a single moment (tax calculator, specific decision framework, evergreen reference). The calculator above shows the gap.
What if I want to delete my plugin or pull my content?
+
Unpublish anytime from your creator dashboard. The plugin is removed from the marketplace immediately. Active subscribers get refunded for unused time. Your content is your content.
How does this compare to Coachvox or BuddyPro?
+
Different model. They charge you rent ($99–$200/month) to host an AI version of yourself. You keep 100% of what you sell — but pay the rent whether you sell or not. We share revenue: $0 upfront, you keep 80%, we keep 20% only when you earn. Different incentive structure behind the people building your product.
Do I have to own the content I upload?
+
Yes. You must own the rights to anything you upload or import — your own YouTube channel, your own book, your own course. Importing someone else's content is grounds for immediate removal and forfeiture of any earnings on that plugin.
You built the audience.
We built the AI.
Let's split it 80/20.
No subscription. No tech. Stripe-direct payouts. Founding creator spots are free while the marketplace grows — and founding creators keep the free deal for life.
